Return & Exchange Policy
At TAREEF, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges subject to the conditions below.
Any return or exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect in size due to an error from our side
- Different from what you ordered
- Incorrect due to any other mistake from TAREEF
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, TAREEF will cover the applicable return and exchange delivery charges.
Change of Mind or Exchange
If you have received the correct product but:
- No longer want the product
- Do not like the product
- Want a different size, color, or product
- Wish to exchange it for any other personal reason
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return and exchange delivery charges.
Product Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
TAREEF reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed according to the approved return request.
